This systematic approach allows us to consistently provide complete and accurate repairs and creates an outstanding experience for the customer. Our customers are updated via phone call or text message multiple times a week regarding the status of their repair, keeping them in the loop of the progress and timeline.
One of our estimators meets with you to assess the visible damage to your vehicle. This can be completed at our Customer Care Center or started by using our EZ ESTIMATE tool on your smart phone.
We do a pre-wash on your vehicle so we can clearly see and document all repairs needed. Then we scan your vehicle and run a report of any codes and faults that may have been caused by the accident.
3. WASH AND SCAN
Next we repair and replace all damaged parts. All of our technicians have advanced training in auto body repair so each and every part gets completed following only proper OEM procedures.
5. BODY WORK
Advanced training and state-of-the-art equipment is used to get a proper factory quality finish. Our painters are painting daily and are committed to giving you the best possible match and smooth results.
Our skilled technicians reassemble your vehicle following the proper procedures to ensure everything is properly aligned, attached, and road tested for long life.
We develop a repair plan and schedule a drop off date, set up a rental vehicle if needed, and notify the insurance company.
2. SCHEDULE REPAIR
We do a complete disassembly of all damaged parts as well as surrounding areas needed to perform the repair. We add all hidden damage to the estimate and include the damage in the final repair plan.
We then prepare your vehicle for paint. With proper training and equipment, we begin sanding and preparing the parts. Proper prep is one of the most important steps to getting a great final result.
6. PRIME AND PREP
Your vehicle then moves from our paint booths into a buffing area where one of our refinish technicians buff the newly painted areas to match the quality and shine as the rest of the vehicle.
Your vehicle moves into our detail facility and gets a complete detail. A complete QC is performed to double check all steps and catch any imperfections. Another scan is completed, codes are cleared before vehicle is released, and you are called to schedule delivery.
