We recommend calling for an appointment, which will generally last about 30 minutes depending on the damage. We can accommodate walk-ins but may be longer based on customer load.  You can also begin your estimate by using our EZ Estimate Tool, which you can use on your phone.

Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate?

This is different for every repair.

See our 10 Step Repair program for more details.

The original estimated completion date may change if additional damage is found, or if there are parts that are not immediately available. By the time the vehicle is disassembled and parts are ordered, we can then update you with a more accurate completion date.

How long does it take to repair my vehicle?

Yes, we can install glass, including windshields, on all makes and models. We have a qualified glass team that specializes in glass installation and chip repair.

Do you do glass replacement or chip repair?

All of our work is guaranteed for the life of your vehicle.

What kind of guarantee do you have?

LKQ is an acronym for Like Kind and Quality. LKQ refers to a used part pulled from another vehicle. It is inspected by the seller and re-inspected by us to assure a proper fit and excellent quality.

What does LKQ mean?

Estimates are FREE! You can even use our                 EZ Estimate Tool on your smartphone to get us started before you bring your car to our shop! Simply enter some basic information about your vehicle, snap a few photos, and we’ll send you a digital estimate.

How much is an estimate?

A Blueprint is the procedure that we use in disassembly to write a 100% complete Repair Order. The initial estimator can only write what is visible in the original estimate. After all the broken parts are removed and all the damage is visible, a team of technicians, parts personnel, and an estimator review the damage and a blueprint is completed.

What is a blueprint?

Yes, we guarantee the color match on your repair. We use the highest quality paint and the most advanced color matching system in the automotive industry.

Will my paint match?

Right away. We have a bake cycle booth that cures the paint immediately after it’s painted. We detail and wash the vehicle prior to you picking it up, so wash away! However, we recommend waiting 2 months before using any automatic wash or applying wax.

When can I wash my car?

PDR is an acronym for Paint-less Dent Removal. Depending on the location and accessibility, we can PDR minor dents without having to do any paint work. This has the potential to save considerably on the cost. If you have minor dents, ask one of our estimators about this option.

What is PDR?

No. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Need an estimate after hours? Check this out.

Are you open on weekends?

There are two types of auto parts available on the market for use with your automobile: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. Aftermarket parts are automobile parts made by third-party manufacturers.

What are aftermarket parts?

“Vehicles just aren’t built like they used to be.” That’s right, they are NOT!! They are built so much better. Having frame damage isn’t as significant or troublesome as it used to be. With the huge advancements taken by car manufacturers and modern repair techniques and equipment, frame damage is just another procedure.

What if my frame is bent?

Yes, as long as we work together with the insurance company to let them know that you do not authorize the use of aftermarket parts.

Will you use factory parts?
